Kehon Control recommends that, prior to sending items in for repair, you create a complete backup, save, and/or record all details—including programs, software, parameters, jumpers, and DIP switch settings. To fully test the functionality of most industrial products, we reset them to their original factory specifications. We require customers to verify the specifications for their specific application prior to re-installation to prevent potential wiring damage. Should you have any questions, please contact us before the repair process begins.

1 week (5–7 days) — Expedited Service (30–50% surcharge)
Repair Warranty
PLCs, HMI displays, I/O modules, circuit boards, and similar items are covered by a 1-year warranty
AC/DC and servo drives, motors, and similar items are covered by a 6-month warranty
